8. How to order
Please put your desired product in the shopping cart on HP and send an order email.
9. Order confirmation email
When the order information arrives at our server, we will send you an "automatic reply email (order) customer copy" to confirm the contents sent. After that, after checking the stock status etc., we will send you an "order confirmation email" within 24 hours.
* Products posted on our website may be sold out or reserved by the time you send the order email, as they are also sold over the counter. For the stock status, please check the "Order Confirmation Email" sent after the "Automatic Reply Email (Order) Customer Copy".
10. Sales contract
The sales contract will be concluded by contacting the "order confirmation email" or shipping the ordered product.
However, the stage of establishing a sales contract may differ depending on the payment method. In the case of shopping credit, the sales contract will be concluded when you reply to the "order confirmation email" sent by us. In addition, if it becomes impossible to secure the product after the sales contract is concluded, the sales contract can be canceled.
11. Delivery time
In-stock items will be shipped within 3 days after confirmation of payment completion by us. The ordered product will be shipped within 2 weeks after the payment is confirmed. If the product cannot be prepared within 2 weeks, we will contact you by email or phone separately, so you can consider continuing or canceling your order.
12. Return Policy
・ About returns or exchanges due to customer convenience
If you contact us by the day after the item arrives, we will accept returns or exchanges only if all of the following conditions (① to ③) are met. You are responsible for the shipping and handling charges for returns or exchanges.

② Not a consignment product (* 2)
③ It is not a purchase using trade-in exchange
* 1: Not used after the product arrives. As for new or unused items, band-adjusted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

・ About returns or exchanges due to initial defects
If you contact us by the day after the item arrives, we will accept returns or exchanges only if all of the following conditions (① to ④) are met. We will bear the shipping and handling charges for returns or exchanges.

③ It is not a purchase using trade-in exchange
④ The reason is other than the defect (* 3) confirmed at the time of ordering.
